Wow….what a crazy week for bounce plays. First we alerted LGFTY (see here) between .35 – .40 (down 95%) and it gives members over 150% potential gains on huge volume. We called PUDA (PUDA Coal Inc.) in our article last night as the next potential LGFTY-type bounce play – what does it do today? $1.50 – $4.18 intraday swing, we love this market!
What do LGFTY and PUDA have in common?
Well if you read our tweets/blog posts you would’ve already been one step ahead of the market. Both of these stocks had just started trading after a long halt, LGFTY (pre-halt NYSE:LFT) trading at nearly $20 pre-halt and PUDA trading somewhere near $6 before being halted. After a long halt like this, these stocks always open much lower leaving many shorts with big unrealized gains – the combination of traders, investors and shorts covering their shares to cash can make for some very nice liquid bounce plays as we’ve witnesses the last few days.
PUDA news released this morning contributed to the run off lows today as well – news can be seen here.
We will continue to trade PUDA intraday in our chat room, a buyout scare could send PUDA much higher as shorts cover.
